About the role of Sales Representative in Relining
As a sales representative at Renoa, you will have an independent and challenging job out in the field, where you drive the entire sales process – from customer acquisition and technical customer meetings to quotes and closing. You will work proactively targeting private customers who own a villa or small property. You report to Henrik Fängström, Team Leader for the sales team in Uppsala, and you will become an important part of our successful team.
Your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for generating your own customer meetings.
- Schedule and conduct needs analysis and technical site visits using camera equipment.
- Prepare quote proposals and sell relining solutions directly to private customers at their homes.
- Document and follow up on customer contacts in our CRM.
- Take responsibility for achieving individual, team, and company goals.

We would like you to have:
- High school education.
- Experience in proactive sales.
- IT skills, preferably within CRM and digital quote tools.
Requirements for the role:
- Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) (English is a plus).
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
