Sätra – CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOCKSMITH WORKSHOP STAFF

Are you an outgoing and handy person who thrives in a varied and diverse role?

As a team member, you will welcome visiting customers at our store/customer desk, handle sales, and provide advice. In the workshop section of the store, you will alternate between sales work and the manufacturing, production, and servicing of lock and security products. Customer and coordination meetings may also take place digitally.

ABOUT YOU

To thrive in this role, you should be structured and solution-oriented. You enjoy customer interactions and strive to provide the best possible customer service in various situations.

You describe yourself as outgoing, curious, and eager to learn. Experience in mechanical locking, fine mechanics, hardware trade, or property maintenance is an advantage. If you lack experience in locksmithing, we will help you get started. You appreciate working with varied tasks and are comfortable working both independently and in a team. A fast-paced environment suits you perfectly.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Store sales, sales, and advice primarily within locks & security.
• Key manufacturing, cylinder pinning, and lock system management.
• Administration regarding key management.
• Maintenance and servicing of our product range.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good computer skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, as you will have contact with customers and suppliers.
• You must not have a criminal record.
