Your responsibilities

As a window cleaner at Hemfrid, you play a crucial role in providing the best possible service to our customers. You will work both independently and as part of a team, cleaning various types of windows in apartments and houses.

Your tasks include:

• Window cleaning at private customers' homes
• Window cleaning of glazed balconies and other glass surfaces may be included
• Independent work at customer locations, and teamwork on larger assignments

Recruitment process

Our recruitment process involves the following steps:

• Completing a practical window cleaning test
• Participating in a short interview

Your profile

We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in window cleaning in Sweden or another EU country. Having completed a window cleaning course is highly advantageous. We seek individuals who enjoy working independently, are driven by quality and customer satisfaction, and are open to teamwork on larger projects. Being meticulous and punctual is essential, as is being engaged and maintaining a positive attitude. Of course, you should also be passionate about customer service, just like we are!

To summarize, we are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in window cleaning in Sweden or the EU
• Speaks and understands basic Swedish or English
• Can work flexible hours Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work
• Has a category B driver's license or an EU driver's license
• Has access to a personal car

Additional merits include:

• Previous experience in a service profession, moving services, or home cleaning
• Completion of a window cleaning course or education
