We are now looking for you who want to work within elderly care during the summer of 2026. We are looking for you who can step in where you are needed most, when it is needed most.

If you work at least 80% for 8 weeks during the period of June 15 to August 23, you will receive an extra bonus of 8,000 SEK in addition to your base salary. If you work at least 90%, the bonus is 9,000 SEK, and for full-time work, it is 10,000 SEK.

For personal assistance, the summer bonus is 12,000–15,000 SEK depending on the employment rate.

To be eligible for the summer bonus, you must be scheduled during your summer temporary position, and you may not be absent more than 2 times for a maximum of 4 days. (Sick leave does not count)

The bonus applies to both hourly-paid and monthly-paid summer temporary workers.

Job Responsibilities

Home Care

In home care, you usually work alone helping people in their homes so they can manage their daily lives. When you work in home care, you receive a schedule stating who you are to help, at what time, and what you are to do. You usually drive a car, but it also happens that you walk or cycle to the person you are to help. Documentation is part of the job.

Night Home Care

In the night home care job, you perform interventions in people's homes during planned visits but also respond to alarms. Documentation is part of the job.

Specialized Housing

In the job at a specialized housing facility for the elderly, you are offered varied tasks with a focus on nursing and social care.

Our goal is to create a safe environment with good care where we are sensitive to the wishes and needs of residents and relatives. With us, one should be able to maintain healthy functions. Documentation is part of the job.

Your Profile

For work within the above-mentioned operations, it is desirable that you have completed one of the following educations:

• Nurse Assistant (Undersköterska)
• Care Assistant (Vårdbiträde)

Other equivalent education and/or experience is meritorious.

To fit and thrive in the role, you need to be interested, stable, and have communicative skills. You have a positive attitude, are easy to cooperate with, and adapt based on the individuals' needs and situations that may arise. Your interaction is characterized by commitment, sensitivity, and a desire to work with people.

To be able to communicate with our customers and to be able to document, good proficiency in the Swedish language in both speech and writing is a requirement. To be eligible for employment, you need to have completed Swedish primary school, or alternatively have passed grades from SFI D. You need to have good technical skills as our work tools are digitized.

A driver's license and driving experience with a manual transmission car is a requirement for some workplaces.

In elderly care, the work is distributed over all days of the week. We expect you to be able to work weekdays as well as evenings and weekends. Night work occurs in several operations.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
