Blue Harvest has had the trust of helping embassies, housing associations, companies, and private individuals with their outdoor areas since 2017. We have many exciting assignments this season and are now looking for a couple of people who want to support our skilled gardeners as needed!

Assignments & Responsibilities

Our assignments are carried out in Stockholm and vary in size and execution. The largest part consists of ongoing/recurring maintenance assignments for our contract customers, while the rest are one-time efforts. Depending on experience level, you work as a temporary staff member in pairs, alone, or sometimes in a group, depending on the scope of the assignments.

Examples of common tasks for our customers include:

• Mowing, trimming, and edging of grass areas
• Trimming and pruning of bushes and hedges
• Weeding and raking
• Fertilizing, planting, and maintenance of e.g., perennial plantings
• Spring and autumn clean-ups

As a temporary staff member, you support our gardeners on-site at the customer's location, so experience with the above maintenance tasks is not a requirement.

To ensure safety and fair conditions for our employees, it is natural for us to be affiliated with the collective agreement through Gröna Arbetsgivare (Green Employers)

What We Are Looking For

We are now looking for a couple of people who want to work hourly on an as-needed basis during the 2026 season! Perhaps you are studying horticulture and want to complement your education with practical garden work, but education is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are willing to step in where needed, preferably with an interest in green work!

• Since we work outdoors with various types of customers, it is important that you are attentive and service-oriented
• We highly value responsible people with a positive attitude, as temporary staff often work together with one of our gardeners
• For the right person, there may be an opportunity for a seasonal employment for the 2027 season
• A B-driver's license, horticultural education, and experience are meritorious but not required!
