Pins Factory is looking for an engaged inside sales representative who wants to work with existing customers and build a new customer base of resellers.

We are specialists in the metal production of pins, badges, and emblems, and have customers all over Sweden – with the goal of expanding to Scandinavia this autumn.

As an inside sales representative, you will have your own responsibilities and become the hub between our customers and the production team.

You will start by establishing contact with new customers and helping them register with us, and then your role will be to support and develop relationships with existing customers through advice, order handling, and proactive communication.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with resellers in Sweden (and Scandinavia later in the year).
• Handle incoming orders and customer inquiries.
• Assist customers with product selection and proofreading.
• Create proposals, news, and inspiration for your customer base.
• Process new customers via phone and email.
• Coordinate deliveries and follow-up with production and purchasing.
• In the long term, you will have the opportunity to work with assortment development and digital sales methods such as automated marketing.

About You

• At least one year of experience in B2B and administrative work.
• You are structured, ambitious, and relationship-building.
• You have a sales-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term business relationships.
• You are an attentive communicator who can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
