Västervårdens Health Centre and Vällingby Health Centre are looking for a nurse for our joint home care service, Praktikertjänst Vällingby Home Care.

Are you looking for a new challenge and curious about an exciting role as a district nurse/registered nurse? Then we are looking for you! As a district nurse/registered nurse with us, you are responsible for one of our home care teams and work with our most vulnerable elderly patients. You work independently and have a team of assistant nurses to collaborate with regarding your patients, but you also help develop our home care service to ensure it functions as well as possible.

Our clinics are located in fresh, central premises in Vällingby, very close to bus and train stations (and only 25 minutes from T-Centralen). We have approximately 8,500 and 10,500 registered patients respectively, and together we have around 250 home care patients.

Job Responsibilities

As a district nurse/registered nurse, you will perform standard tasks and play an important role in our joint home care service. You will be a key person in the planning for your patients and your team. On a daily basis, we collaborate within the staff group and solve the planning for daily tasks together.

Qualifications

You are a district nurse or registered nurse, preferably with previous experience from home care. You have good IT skills and master the Swedish language very well. Previous experience working in the medical record system 'Take Care' is meritorious. You must have a Category B driver's license.
