ATAB Aluminium AB is a steel construction company located in Bålsta, just outside Stockholm. For over 30 years, they have delivered steel and aluminum to construction projects across Sweden. They are certified according to EN 1090-1 for load-bearing steel structures and have also developed a patented method for reducing electromagnetic radiation. Their projects are often both technically advanced and unique, providing you as an employee with a varied and developing work environment.

About the position

As a workshop worker with us, you will work in our workshop in Bålsta with the manufacturing, processing, and assembly of steel and aluminum structures. The role involves both independent tasks and close collaboration with colleagues in production. You will be a key part of ensuring high quality in our deliveries.

Examples of tasks:

• Manufacturing and assembly of steel and aluminum structures
• Reading drawings and working based on construction documentation
• Welding (MAG/TIG)
• Cutting, drilling, grinding, and other common workshop tasks
• Quality control and ensuring that work follows our certification requirements

We are looking for you who

• Have extensive experience in workshop work within the steel or metal industry
• Have good knowledge/experience of working according to EN 1090-1
• Are skilled in reading drawings and can work independently based on construction documentation
• Hold valid welding test certificates in MIG/MAG
• Are meticulous, responsible, and have an eye for quality
• Enjoy both independent work and teamwork
• Speak and write Swedish very well
