At Fellowmind, we work with organizations that have vast amounts of data but want to extract more value from it. We are now looking for a Fabric Developer who wants to help build data platforms that evolve, endure over time, and are actually used by analytics, AI, and business teams.

This is a role for you if you like being close to the technology but also care about why the solution is built and how it is used in reality.

About the Role

As a Fabric Developer here, you will become part of our Data Analytics & AI division. You will work on client projects where Microsoft Fabric is the hub, often in combination with Azure and other parts of the Microsoft platform. Projects vary – from building new modern data platforms from scratch to further developing and modernizing existing solutions.

You work consultatively and long-term together with our customers. In many projects, you are involved early on, discussing architecture and strategic choices with architects and analysts, and then taking clear responsibility for the implementation.

The role is technically demanding, but you are never alone. You work in teams with other specialists and always have someone to bounce both technical and business questions off of.

What You Will Do

• Build and further develop modern data platforms based on Microsoft Fabric
• Work with integration, transformation, and modeling of data from various sources
• Implement solutions in Data Factory, Pipelines, Lakehouse, and Warehouse
• Ensure quality, performance, security, and governance in data solutions
• Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and AI developers – both internally and with the client
• Participate in technical discussions, strategic choices, and improvements of our Fabric offering

Who Are You?

You have already worked a few years with data development or BI and feel confident in the fundamentals. Now you want to take the next step in a consulting role where you get to work with modern technology, but also understand the customer's business and needs.

We believe you:

• Have 2–5 years of experience in data development, BI, or platform development
• Have worked with Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure Data Platform
• Have good experience with SQL, Python, and data modeling
• Understand how data is used for analytics, decision support, and AI – not just how it is stored
• Enjoy the consulting role and like solving problems together with the client

You don't need to know everything from the start – but you are curious, take responsibility for your own development, and are happy to share your knowledge with others.

The Practical Details

Start: Preferably immediately, but we fully understand notice periods
Scope: Full-time, office hours – with high flexibility
Location: Our office in central Malmö (the city's prettiest!?)
