For the 2026 season, we are now looking for more window cleaners to join our team in Järfälla. At Hemfrid, you will work in an international environment together with supportive colleagues and satisfied customers.

About the role

As a Window Cleaner at Hemfrid, you are responsible for delivering professional service and ensuring sparkling clean windows for our customers. You will work both independently and together with colleagues on larger assignments.

Your tasks will include:

• Window cleaning in private homes
• Cleaning glazed balconies and other glass surfaces when needed
• Independent work at customers’ homes
• Teamwork during larger assignments

Recruitment process

Our recruitment process includes:

• A practical window cleaning test
• A short interview

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in window cleaning in Sweden or another EU country
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team
• Is responsible, detail-oriented, and punctual
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys customer service
• Speaks and understands basic Swedish or English
• Can work flexible hours Monday–Friday, weekend work may occur
• Has a Swedish or EU driver’s license
• Has access to a car

Meritorious:

• Previous experience within service, moving, or home cleaning
• Window cleaning education or training
