Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Senior UX Researcher.

What You Will Work On

• Plan, execute, and analyze user research initiatives across multiple product areas
• Conduct exploratory and evaluative research to understand user behavior and needs
• Identify user pain points, opportunities, and decision drivers
• Apply a broad range of research methodologies to generate actionable insights
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Data Scientists
• Translate research outcomes into product and UX strategy recommendations
• Facilitate workshops and insight-sharing sessions across teams and stakeholders
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and decision-makers
• Synthesize insights across multiple initiatives and user groups
• Support strategic product decisions through evidence-based research
• Contribute to strengthening and scaling organizational research practices
• Explore the impact of AI and emerging technologies on research and product discovery

What You Bring

• Several years of experience within User Research in modern digital product organizations
• Relevant academic background within Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields
• Strong experience with research methodologies including ethnographic studies, contextual inquiry, usability testing, and concept validation
• Ability to combine qualitative insights with quantitative and behavioral data
• Experience adapting quickly to new organizations and building trust across cross-functional teams
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic, evolving, and partially ambiguous environments
• Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling capabilities
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Strong systems thinking and deep understanding of user experience and product development
• Interest in how AI and emerging technologies influence the future of user research and digital product innovation
