We are now looking for an engaged and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker with experience who wants to become part of our growing team.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Worker, you play a central role in our logistics operations. You are responsible for ensuring that our goods are handled correctly and efficiently, from receiving to picking and loading. The role requires a practical attitude, good physical fitness, and the ability to work in a structured manner in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Goods Receiving: Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure they meet our requirements.
• Picking and Packing: Pick and pack goods according to customer orders with high accuracy.
• Loading and Unloading: Ensure that loading and unloading of goods is carried out efficiently and safely.
• Warehouse Management: Organize and maintain order in the warehouse to uphold a structured working environment.
• Inventory: Participate in regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in warehouse work is required.
• Physical Strength: The role requires good physical fitness as heavy lifting occurs daily.
• Forklift License: Having a forklift license is a significant advantage.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner, even under time pressure.
• Communication Skills: Basic proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written) is required; English is an asset.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varying hours as needed.

• Experience working with business systems, such as Dynamics 365 Business Central.
