Job Responsibilities:

• You support users in their daily lives, all according to the decisions of the social worker.
• Provide support and companionship, and contribute to creating a meaningful daily life.
• Use our digital planning system to plan user interventions.
• Document in the operational system and follow individual implementation plans.
• Through our contact person system, you are assigned specific responsibility for some users, where you help create and follow up on implementation plans and handle information transfer.
• Collaboration is key! You work closely with other home care groups and HSL (Health and Social Care) staff to ensure that all users receive the best possible care.

Qualifications:

We are looking for you who have education within care and social services or equivalent experience, as well as good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You have the ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as the ability to plan and organize your work. We also place great emphasis on your ability to collaborate. A Category B driving license is meritorious.

Conditions:

The current employment includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Start date: 2026-03-02 or according to agreement. The employment is permanent.

For employment, a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) for HVB homes (unopened envelope) is required.
