Our client is a market-leading holistic partner to the healthcare sector, delivering everything from medical materials and advanced equipment to innovative digital services. We are now looking for a PIM Tech Lead who wants to take overall technical ownership of their PIM platform. Here you will have a central and influential key role with significant mandate to shape their future system architecture, lead technical development, and ensure that their product data flows securely and efficiently throughout the entire Nordic value chain. We warmly welcome your application!
About the role
The company is undergoing a comprehensive digital transformation journey where the PIM platform is the very heart of the operations. As PIM Tech Lead, your major and exciting task will be to lead this transformation forward, modernizing, structuring, and maximizing the platform so that it can facilitate digital and automated processes across the entire organization.
The role involves total technical ownership of the PIM system, which includes data modeling, configuration standards, and integration patterns with surrounding systems such as ERP, web, and analytics tools. You will steer and review development work, set technical expectations, and gradually reduce the dependency on external consultants and vendors.
You will be welcomed into a corporate culture characterized by high engagement, short decision-making paths, and great freedom under responsibility, where your expertise is trusted.

Responsibilities
You will work both strategically and operationally with the platform's long-term sustainability and daily operations. You balance technical architecture with business value and act as a technical coach and requirements setter.
Your main tasks include:
- Own, maintain, and further develop the PIM data model, as well as ensure the platform's performance, data quality, and stability.
- Steer, set requirements for, and review deliverables from external developers and consultants to ensure architectural compliance and knowledge transfer to the internal organization.
- Specify APIs and integration patterns for how product data is consumed and published between ERP, PIM, web, and regulatory processes.
- Ensure that data structures support strict regulatory requirements and traceability.
- Closely collaborate with internal IT teams regarding integration platforms, security, and operations, as well as support and coach roles within Master Data and PDM.
We are looking for you who

- Have proven experience in leading, steering, or setting requirements for system development and development teams
- Have good experience in integration design, API development, and product data modeling
- Ability to handle both daily operations and strategic development
- Speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English
To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:
