Job Description – Warehouse Operator

Position: Warehouse Operator

Location: Sweden

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Logistics Manager or Site Manager, the Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, storing, managing, and distributing materials, tools, and consumables required for site operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving deliveries: Inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality, check delivery notes, and report discrepancies.
• Warehouse organization: Ensure optimal storage, maintain order and cleanliness, and manage stock locations.
• Inventory management: Record all incoming and outgoing stock, perform regular inventories, and update the stock management system (manual or digital).
• Order preparation: Prepare and issue materials and equipment requested by site teams, track returns and withdrawals.
• Logistics coordination: Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

Profile Required

• Education: Vocational diploma or equivalent in logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in stock management tools or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of construction materials and site equipment.
  • Forklift or handling equipment certification (CACES or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Languages:
  • English: Professional level (international working environment).
  • Swedish: Appreciated but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, team player, autonomous, responsive, and safety-conscious.
