About the role

As a Truck Driver with Swap Body System at Mark & Grund, you will be an important part of our transport team within the Machinery Division. The work primarily consists of transporting excavated soil, gravel, materials, machinery, containers, and equipment to and from our projects and customers around Västerbotten.

The work is performed mostly in the truck, but during quieter periods, you are also expected to contribute with service, supervision, and simpler maintenance of your own vehicle as well as the shared machinery fleet.

Other common tasks include:

• Handling of swap body systems and associated equipment
• Transport of machinery, materials, and containers
• Daily inspection and maintenance of vehicles
• Simpler service and maintenance work
• Contribute to order and safety within the transport operations

About you

You who apply have a CE driving license and a valid YKB (Code 95) qualification. Previous experience driving swap body systems or other heavy vehicles is meritorious as the work requires you to work independently and take significant personal responsibility.

If you have experience from the earthworks and infrastructure industry, machinery transport, or crane work, we see this as an extra plus.

As a person, you are responsible, positive, and contribute to a good work climate. You enjoy working both independently and with others and have a service-oriented approach towards customers and colleagues. You express yourself well both verbally and in writing.

Work at other locations may occur, so it is important that you are flexible.

About the company

Mark & Grund was founded in 2002. We have our office and own workshop in Vännäsby and perform a broad spectrum of earthworks and infrastructure services throughout Västerbotten. We perform all types of earthwork contracts and transports for companies, authorities, and private individuals.

With short decision-making paths, we are flexible and efficient and can perform both large and small assignments with high quality.

Scope and start date

The position is primarily a need-based employment, a substitute position for parental leave, but can lead to a permanent position.

Start date is by agreement. Salary according to the current collective agreement.

The work is performed primarily in Västerbotten, based from Vännäsby.
