About the Role

Perido is now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented Order Coordinator for a growing company in the retail and distribution sector. Here you will have a varied role where you work closely with customers, the warehouse, and internal departments to ensure high service levels and efficient deliveries. The position is located in Stockholm, and the work is performed on-site.

Your Responsibilities

As an Order Coordinator, you are responsible for providing customers and colleagues with fast and high-quality assistance via phone and email. The role is broad and combines customer service, administration, and coordination with elements of sales and follow-up.

You will act as a key contact point between customers, the warehouse, and other parts of the business, contributing to efficient processes regarding orders and deliveries.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Processing and following up on customer orders
• Contact with the warehouse regarding deliveries and any discrepancies
• Communication with customers regarding order status and delivery information
• Administration related to campaigns and projects
• Invoicing and work with customer accounts receivable
• Creating statistics, reports, and follow-ups
• Customer contact via phone and email
• Administrative tasks such as mail handling and distribution of materials

Qualifications:

• Upper secondary education
• Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or other service-oriented work
• Good computer and system skills
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience working in business systems, preferably Jeeves or similar

Scope and Start Date

Full-time, permanent position. Start immediately or after the summer, as agreed.
