About the Position

Ward 76 focuses on general internal medicine, and our patients have a broad spectrum of internal medical diagnoses. Our goal is the care and treatment of the acutely ill patient. Here, you will have the opportunity to further develop broad competence in internal medicine. We have direct intake from the emergency department around the clock as well as take-over from other areas within the hospital, meaning you will encounter and care for patients with both acute and chronic conditions.

We work in teams, learn from each other, and have good collaboration between professions where the patient's best interest is our common goal.

Job Description

Working as a nurse here is varied and developmental. You lead work, make assessments, and prescribe nursing interventions. The work as a nurse here involves many medical technical tasks. We work with, among other things, peripheral and central lines, venous blood gases, pleural and ascites drains. Here, you will work with telemetry and saturation monitoring as well as high-flow therapy.

In your daily work, you have support from care coordinators, coordinators, and pharmacists.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. We would like you to have experience in the profession. Specialized training in emergency care is an advantage.
