About the role

As a diabetes nurse at Doktor.se Sundsvall Health Centre, you work in a patient-centered and evidence-based manner. You are professional in your approach and always prioritize the patient.

Examples of tasks include:

• Standard clinic duties
• Advising via phone and chat
• Triage and handling of acute patient flows
• Providing education, support, and advice to patients with diabetes
• Contributing to the development of our diabetes care and improvement work
• Participating in the development of primary care by implementing digital-physical processes

About you

To thrive in this role, you are confident in your professional role and appreciate working in a changing environment where you have the chance to influence and contribute with innovative thinking. There are significant development opportunities in this role. We are looking for you with the following qualifications:

• Registered District Nurse or Nurse
• Specialist competence or experience within diabetes care
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of the medical record system Cosmic
• Experience within diabetes is an advantage

Practical details

• The desired start date is as soon as possible, but we naturally take your notice period and preferences into account.
• The position is a permanent full-time (100%) employment with an initial probationary period.
