We are looking for an engaged and reliable warehouse worker for our new warehouse in Enköping. Initially, you will work on-site to help with the launch of our new depot. As a warehouse supervisor with us, you will play a key role in ensuring our events are a success. You will be responsible for organizing and handling our scaffolding and tent materials, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial in keeping our projects on track.

About Us:

Extrem Events is a family-owned company founded in 2003. We are based in Östersund and are now establishing a new depot in Enköping. We operate throughout Sweden and Norway, and we want to get closer to our customers with a depot in Enköping. We rent out tents, stages, grandstands, and other event equipment for both large and small events across Sweden. We offer comprehensive event solutions: tents, grandstands, stages, toilets, furniture, custom-made platforms for TV productions, and special arrangements.

Responsibilities:

As a warehouse supervisor with us, you will learn everything about our scaffolding and tent materials. You will be responsible for various material parts in the warehouse and ensure that the right items go to the right place. Your main tasks include:

• Loading and unloading materials from trucks
• Packing materials for projects and unpacking during returns
• Creating packing lists and ensuring the correct materials are delivered
• Planning and organizing tasks in the warehouse
• Maintaining inventory and ensuring items are intact and clean
• Supporting new employees in the future
• Handling deliveries and returns in the local area
• Assisting with assembly and disassembly in the local area

Working hours are primarily between 07:00–16:00, but there may be work in the evenings and on weekends as we work against deadlines. Loading and unloading may occur before and after our opening hours.

We are looking for someone who:

• is structured, solution-oriented, and takes initiative
• is detail-oriented and likes order and cleanliness
• is responsible and good at communicating
• is flexible when tasks need to be solved urgently
• has good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
• is proficient in Excel and computer literate
• holds a BE driver's license
• has qualifications for operating wheel loaders and forklifts.

Merits:

• holds C- and CE driver's licenses
• has experience booking freight.
