We are looking for a meticulous and engaged employee for our packing and invoicing department at Spectrogon, starting in early August.

Spectrogon is a Swedish technology company with its headquarters and production in Täby, north of Stockholm. The company develops and manufactures advanced optical components such as optical filters, thin film coatings, and diffraction gratings. Our products are used in measurement applications within medical diagnostics, industrial process control, environmental measurements, robotics, and optical communications.

About the role

As an employee in packing and invoicing, you will:

• Be responsible for packing products according to specifications and quality requirements
• Handle invoicing in our business systems
• Ensure that deliveries take place on time and with correct documentation
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and customer service to optimize the flow

We are looking for you who:

• Are meticulous, responsible, and enjoy working in a structured manner
• Have experience with administrative tasks, preferably within invoicing
• Enjoy working both independently and in a team
• Have good computer skills and communicate fluently in Swedish and English
