You will be placed at the Swedish Armed Forces Telecommunications and Information Systems Unit (FMTIS), Staff J3, and will be part of the unit commander's support in leading and managing the unit.
Work at FMTIS Staff J3 includes responsibility for planning and leading operations, short- and medium-term activities, and the unit's production. J3 also maintains the FMTIS VB (Vakant Befattning/On-call) service with schedule planning and staffing.
Under the Chief of Staff J3, you will be responsible for planning the unit's activities for the current year. The planning includes, among other things, FMTIS tasks in operational plans and the Swedish Armed Forces' training activities.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead planning tasks.
- Represent the unit in planning at higher command levels.
- Perform on-call duties (VB) according to a rotating schedule.
Qualifications:
- Commissioned Officer OF 1-2 / Warrant Officer OR 6-7

We are looking for someone who is responsible and skilled at structuring their work. You have a good ability to see the big picture, make prioritizations, and take initiative based on operational needs.
You are relationship-building, clear in your communication, and have a good ability to build trust and collaborate with others. You are driven, can take own initiative, and work towards development and improvement within your area of responsibility.

Employment type: Permanent.
Full-time: 100%. The position is military.
Work location: Hästveda.
Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement.
