Tetra Pak Packaging Material Sunne AB manufactures packaging material for Tetra Rex, a packaging solution for liquid foods. Our production involves converting plastic-coated paperboard into packages through three operational steps: lamination, printing/cutting, and edge sealing. We have approximately 260 employees. We prioritize safety first and are constantly working on improvements throughout the entire operation in accordance with WCM (World Class Manufacturing).

Do you want to work in the graphic industry at our factory in Sunne? We are looking for an Automation Electrician for our production team.

What will you be working with?

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, preventing, and troubleshooting disruptions in production. The work ranges from practical issues in daily operations to project work. The role is highly autonomous, and you report to a supervisor within the maintenance department. We continuously work on installing new equipment, retrofitting existing machinery, and implementing energy efficiency measures.

Another important part of the job is working on improvement initiatives according to the WCM methodology.

Who are you?

You should have education in Electrical/Automation, from upper secondary school and/or university. Experience with Siemens PLCs and operations is desirable. Previous experience from similar roles in the industry is an asset. We expect you to be service-oriented and have a strong interest in technology. You should have good initiative and the ability to prioritize tasks as they arise. SAP is used as the maintenance system. Previous experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is an asset.

You need to be a proficient computer user and have good knowledge of both Swedish and English.

Experience with WCM, Lean, and 5S is a plus.

To succeed in this role, you need to be engaged, proactive, and a team player. You are creative, have good problem-solving skills, and a desire to work on continuous improvements. Furthermore, you are meticulous and systematic.

Conditions

The position is a permanent employment. You will work a combination of day shifts, rotating shifts, and on-call duties. The compensation includes a fixed monthly salary, on-call allowance, and shift allowance according to the collective agreement with the GS union.
