We are looking for

You are a registered nurse, district nurse, or advanced clinical nurse and are attracted to varied tasks. You have drive and a good ability to see the big picture, and you want to work in a place where the patient is always at the center. You have a genuine patient focus, work without hierarchy, and find it easy to collaborate with different professional groups within and outside the organization.

You have good self-awareness and provide people with security through your knowledge and diligence, qualities that also make you a good mentor for colleagues and new employees. You are result-oriented and problem-solving.

You must have the eligibility to practice in Swedish healthcare, good knowledge of Swedish and English, and the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing at a C1 level. Additionally, we value additional language skills.

What you will work with

We work with patients of all ages with various health-related issues. As a nurse with us, you will assess and treat these independently as well as as part of the team. In addition to clinic work, there is an opportunity to develop your own nurse-led clinics based on needs and interest areas, such as diabetes, Waran/NOAC, incontinence, asthma/COPD, hypertension, and mental health.

We collaborate closely with the municipality and other health centres within our primary care area. To meet patients' needs, we use digital communication, and we view the patient as an active and integral part of their own health. Your workday is individually structured with time for meetings, education, and administrative tasks. Your introduction is planned with your mentor to give you security in your work.

Information about the position

You have the option to apply for a permanent position or a temporary assignment on a full- or part-time basis. Some duty work at the joint emergency service for primary care in Boden may occur. Start date by agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
