To our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now looking for a Process System Engineer – Gear for a project at their site in Finspång.

Thanks to its high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs.

This assignment offers you the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many possibilities for development.

This is initially a consulting assignment of approx. 6 months through Unik Resurs, with very good opportunities for extension.

Responsibilities and Duties

Do you want to work in a technical and international environment where collaboration, innovation, and quality are in focus? We are now looking for an engaged Process System Engineer within Gear who wants to help develop future solutions together with an experienced and supportive team.

About the Role

As a Process System Engineer – Gear, you will be responsible for the Gear system and ensure that the project's technical requirements meet both the customers' and the business's needs. The role involves close collaboration with suppliers and internal disciplines to create the most effective and sustainable solutions.

You will:

• Be responsible for the Gear system and its technical solutions in projects
• Ensure that projects meet the requirements of customers and the company
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal functions
• Be responsible for the system's technical solution and economics within the project
• Contribute to an open and communicative collaboration in the team

About the Team

You will become part of a team consisting of approximately 14 engineers and partners within the technical areas of Fire Protection and Gear. The team is characterized by collaboration, knowledge sharing, and an inclusive working approach where support is provided when needed.

You will also be part of the larger Engineering team within MGT & Oil & Gas, where you will work closely with colleagues within installation, electrical, and control systems to deliver the best possible solutions to the customer and the business.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university or civil engineering degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• A high sense of responsibility for quality and technical solutions
• A genuine interest in communicating and collaborating with people from different cultures and backgrounds
• Drive and commitment to change and continuous development
• An analytical and solution-oriented engineering mindset
