Speed Photo is now looking for a driven Account Executive who wants to work close to the business, take significant ownership, and develop quickly in a role where sales, establishment, and partnerships go hand in hand. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in the field, enjoy creating new business opportunities, and are motivated by driving processes from first contact to signed contract.
To succeed, you need to appreciate a job where travel and customer visits are a natural part of your daily routine. A large part of your time will be spent visiting customers and partners on-site in the environments where our photo booths can create value.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will work on finding and establishing new locations for Speed Photo's photo booths in the Nordics. The role combines B2B sales, business development, establishment, and long-term relationship building.
This is not a traditional sales role where the customer simply buys a product. Our business model is built on partnerships and establishments: we invest in, install, and operate the photo booths, while our partners get the opportunity to generate a new revenue stream without any initial investment.
Your role will be to identify attractive locations with high foot traffic, connect with decision-makers, build business cases, and demonstrate how a photo booth can enhance the venue's offering, engage visitors, and generate revenue for both the partner and Speed Photo. You will present the business model, negotiate terms, and drive the process all the way to a signed contract.
You will primarily work towards Denmark, but will also contribute to business in Norway and Finland. The role involves a fast pace, significant autonomy, and regular travel within the Nordics. You will work closely with our Head of Sales but are expected to take ownership of the entire business process.
Customers and Market
You will work with locations that have high foot traffic, where our photo booths can become a natural part of the environment, enhance the visitor experience, and create new revenue for our partners.
Example segments include:
- Hotels, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs
- Event arenas, amusement parks, and activity centers
- Shopping malls, travel hubs, larger grocery stores, and retail environments
Your Main Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and prospect new establishment opportunities in the Nordics
- Schedule and conduct on-site customer meetings with potential partners
- Present our business model and clearly demonstrate the value for the partner
- Build business cases based on the location's potential, foot traffic, and commercial opportunities
- Negotiate terms and drive the process to a signed contract
- Work systematically with pipeline, CRM, and follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships with partners and contribute to our continued expansion
We are looking for someone who
- Has 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar commercial role, preferably within B2B, HORECA, events, hospitality, retail, or partnerships
- Has a track record of results and is accustomed to working towards targets
- Easily understands business models, commercial setups, contracts, and negotiations
- Is confident in dialogues with decision-makers and can present a business setup professionally
- Is structured and understands the importance of prospecting, follow-ups, and pipeline management
- Is at a stage in their career where they want to take the next step in a more business-oriented, autonomous, and Nordic role
- Has the possibility and willingness to travel regularly within the Nordics
- Education is not a strict requirement, but post-secondary education in sales, economics, marketing, or similar is a plus
- Additional Nordic languages are a plus
