In the role of Lead Technician/Service Electrician, you are responsible for ensuring projects are carried out according to plan, while leading and supporting your team to achieve the best possible results. You will work on both large and small assignments, where your ability to lead and organize is crucial for success. We perform a variety of electrical installations, such as tenant adaptations, electrical installations in shops and offices, as well as ongoing maintenance work. Your workday will be varied and challenging, involving both new installations and maintenance of existing facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute projects in close collaboration with your team
• Lead and coordinate installation work to ensure high quality and correct execution
• Ensure that customer expectations are met and perhaps even exceeded
• Responsible for resource planning and purchasing in consultation with the project team
• Perform standard electrical installation work
• Maintain close contact with customers to ensure work is carried out according to their wishes and needs.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Electrical education
• ECY certificate
• At least five years of experience in electrical installations
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
