Since 2021, we have been running Tryffelsvinet in the house right in the middle of the small square in Kivik. During spring and summer, we have high occupancy and full pace, while we run the restaurant on a smaller scale year-round during autumn and winter.

Here, service is professional and knowledgeable without being stiff. Personal, relaxed, and genuine are the feelings we want to create – for both guests and staff. We hope and believe that our family atmosphere is evident throughout the entire operation.

We are now looking for a dishwasher to join our team for the summer season.

About the Role

The role primarily involves dishwashing duties, but also includes:

• Cleaning and tidying the kitchen, dish area, and dining room
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the restaurant
• Helping to maintain a high pace and smooth service

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least some years of experience working as a dishwasher
• Is meticulous, efficient, and thrives in organized environments
• Has a strong work ethic and works well in a team
• Understands the importance of keeping things clean and organized during service
• Is punctual and takes responsibility for their work

For us, things like a good work ethic, collaboration, cleanliness, and structure are not just positive traits – they are a fundamental prerequisite for the job to run smoothly.

Working Hours & Period

The position primarily involves evening and weekend work.

The employment is from the end of May through August, with the possibility of part-time work during autumn and winter.

Important

If you do not live in Kivik, you must have a driver's license and access to a car, as shifts often end later than public transport runs.
