Isakssons Bilservice is an authorized service dealer for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars, transport vehicles, and trucks in Falkenberg. Our operations are located at Vinbergs Hed industrial area, near the Falkenberg interchange, in spacious and modern premises.

We need to strengthen our team and are looking for:

Customer Receptionist / Service Advisor

We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills who is solution-focused in how you interact with our customers, ensuring you assist them in the best possible way. Since you are the face of the company and the first person our customers meet, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Computer proficiency is a requirement. Knowledge of the systems Kobra/Nextlane, Mercedes-Benz Xentry, and Cabas is considered an advantage.

We assume you have automotive technical training or are technically inclined, along with good command of both Swedish and English, in speaking and writing.

We are looking for someone who is easy to work with, takes initiative, is not afraid to get hands-on, and has a good sense of order.

The role primarily involves customer contact, workshop planning, warranty handling, service costing, and invoicing.

A valid B-class driver's license is required, and a C-class license is an advantage.

Scope: Full-time, permanent position. Start date as soon as possible, according to agreement.
