Sushi Chef Wanted for Growing Restaurant
We are now looking for an experienced and driven sushi chef to join our team at Aloha Sushi AB.
If you are passionate about cooking, quality, and service, and have previous experience with sushi and Japanese cuisine, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
As a sushi chef with us, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing sushi, nigiri, sashimi, and rolls
- Ingredient preparation and handling
- Quality assurance and hygiene procedures
- Service and collaboration in the kitchen
- Contributing creativity and development to the menu
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a sushi chef
- Is detail-oriented, stress-resistant, and responsible
- Can work at a fast pace
- Has an eye for presentation and quality
- Is positive and works well in a team
Merits
- Experience with Asian cuisine
- Experience with ordering and planning
- Spoken English or Swedish
