The role focuses on improving delivery performance in a complex international Agile environment. You will lead PI activities, support planning and prioritization, manage risks and dependencies, coach teams and leaders, and improve delivery flow and predictability.

Requirements:

Experience as RTE, Delivery Lead, Program Lead, or similar
Strong knowledge of SAFe and Agile delivery
Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder communication
Experience in cross-functional, international environments

Tools: Jira, SAFe, Agile planning tools

Location: Södertälje/Stockholm, on-site 3 days/week

Language: Fluent English required
