Mälardalens Ridgymnasium is an established upper secondary school founded in 2015 in Gustavsberg. We offer upper secondary education within the Natural Resource Program for students interested in horses. The school is located in a rural setting with excellent conditions for education, and all teaching takes place on-site at our riding facility.
We have a maximum of 75 students distributed across three classes, creating a family-like atmosphere that allows for teaching in small student groups with high staff density.
We are looking for you who are a qualified teacher with a license in mathematics as well as biology and natural science.
The position is 80–100% and we would appreciate it if you had experience in special education.

- Work with strategies that strengthen both knowledge development and personal growth
- Easily build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians
- Have a professional attitude and a positive view of students
- Have good IT skills, as documentation is done in SchoolSoft and Google.
