Do you want to build international customer relationships and develop within B2B sales in a growing company with customers across Europe?
Alemtek is now looking for a driven and relationship-building salesperson to join our team in Nybro. In this role, you will work with customers across Europe, combining new business development, customer development, and business-driving inside sales in a varied daily routine with significant autonomy.

About Alemtek
Alemtek is family-owned and founded in 2000, with its headquarters in Nybro. We develop and deliver innovative hanging systems to manufacturers of premium products in lighting, acoustics, and signage across Europe.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you work on creating and developing business with customers around Europe. You are responsible for both new business development and the development of existing customer relationships—from first contact and needs analysis to quotation, follow-up, and closing.
Through phone, email, LinkedIn, and digital meetings, you build long-term relationships and identify new business opportunities. The role combines active sales work with advisory services and close collaboration with customers in the manufacturing industry.
You work closely with colleagues in sales, purchasing, and warehousing to ensure high service, quality, and delivery capability.
Common Tasks:
- Identify and process new business opportunities in the European market
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships
- Drive sales processes from first contact to closing
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and prepare quotations and solutions
- Participate in customer visits, trade fairs, and sales events in Europe
- Administer and develop customer information in CRM and business systems
Good to Know
Work Location: You will be based at the office in Nybro
Travel: Travel may occur in connection with trade fairs and customer visits
Working Hours: Daytime, weekdays
Scope: The position is full-time and starts with a 6-month probation period

We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in sales and the ability to independently manage customer relationships
- A structured approach and good administrative skills
- Good system proficiency and experience working in CRM and business systems
- A valid driver's license (Category B)
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written
We consider it an advantage if you have:
- Experience in technical sales
- Experience with B2B sales targeting the manufacturing industry
- Experience from the lighting industry
- Experience reading technical drawings
- Knowledge of additional European languages such as German, Polish, Spanish, Italian, or French
