Are you passionate about building long-term collaborations and opening doors to new business opportunities within retail and lifestyle?

Unique is now looking for a business-driven salesperson for the Swedish market. Here you will play a central role in building new customer relationships, developing collaborations with retail and lifestyle brands, and selling customer-specific product concepts within skincare, body care, and fragrance.

Unique is a company specialized in skin and body care products. They create customized products and currently have brands on a global scale. Including names such as Stora Skuggan, Muro Scent, Singular Society, All I AM, RHIZOME, Lexington, and Bruka Design, as well as clients like Scandic, Strawberry, Thon Hotels, Haymarket, Downtown Camper, Hobo, and more.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, your main focus will be to create new business on the Swedish market. You will work proactively to identify, contact, and develop relationships with potential customers, primarily within retail, lifestyle, fashion, design, beauty, interior design, and other brand-driven segments. You are responsible for the initial business dialogue, from prospecting and first contact to needs analysis, presentation, quote, and closing. The role involves both handing over projects to internal project managers and driving projects forward to delivery yourself.

Your Profile

To succeed in the role of salesperson, we would like you to have a background in B2B sales and a strong interest in creating new business opportunities. You are a confident and relationship-building communicator who is skilled at identifying customer needs, building long-term collaborations, and driving business dialogues from first contact to closing.

To thrive in the role, we would like you to be a driven and curious person with a strong commitment to sales, brands, and customer-specific products. You are self-motivated, proactive, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

To be considered, we would like you to have:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in processing new customers and creating your own business opportunities.
  • Interest in brands, retail, lifestyle, beauty, design, or related segments.
  • Good ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • A valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

  • Location: Västberga, Stockholm
  • Working hours: Weekdays during office hours
  • Employment: Permanent with a probationary period
  • Start: Immediately, subject to notice period
