Here at Apoteket Sergel, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products within medicines and health. Apoteket Sergel has a central location in central Stockholm with a dynamic customer flow throughout the day. The pharmacy's location in Sergelgången gives us a diverse customer base consisting of both people working in the area as well as domestic and international tourists.

With us, you will become part of an experienced and close-knit team of 6 pharmacists and 4 pharmacy technicians. We are part of a pharmacy group together with PK-huset, which is a 7-minute walk away, creating a flexible daily routine where we support and help each other across pharmacy borders.

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: Weekdays: 10:00 - 19:00, Saturdays: 10:00 - 18:00, Sundays: 11:00 - 17:00.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you handle advice, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer meeting.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel secure with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Keep yourself updated on our range and our campaigns, to give customers the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the working day and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or dispenser, with a clear interest in people, health, and medicines.

• You are an experienced pharmacist with a few years in the profession, or you have recently graduated – regardless of where you are in your career, we believe in the strength of a team with different backgrounds and experience.
• You have a warm and professional approach where you see every customer.
