The Women and Children's Department includes Södertälje Maternity Ward, Child and Adolescent Medicine Clinic (BUMM), as well as Gynecology and Women's Health. Psychologist to BUMM at Södertälje Hospital
Our clinic provides outpatient care for children and adolescents aged 0–18 years. We have general pediatric services and specialized treatment teams for asthma/allergy, obesity, gastroenterology, urology, and ADHD. The teams consist of various professions including doctors, psychologists, dietitians, nurses, and assistant nurses.
We are looking for you who can convey to children and adolescents visiting our clinic that they are important. Can you offer advice to anxious parents whose children express worry and low mood? We are seeking you with a strong interest in the mental health of children and adolescents aged 6–18 years.
Your personal qualities
The work requires both the ability to work independently and good teamwork skills. You should have good verbal and written communication skills and thrive in the role of educator and consultant to colleagues and other partners. The assignment places high demands on flexibility; you must be able to switch contexts and be someone who strives for development.

Your qualifications
Requirements:
- Licensed psychologist with at least 2 years of clinical experience working with children, young people, and their guardians using evidence-based interventions and treatments.
- Competence in developmental psychology.
- Knowledge of Swedish at level C1 is required.
Merits:
- Experience with group therapy and/or lectures.
- Good ability and interest in collaborating with social services, school health services, and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
- Previous experience with parental support interventions and meeting families in crisis is highly meritorious.
Employment type
Permanent position, full-time. Start date according to agreement.
