Enebacken is a specialized housing facility focusing on somatic/dementia care and short-term/rotating care, with 108 places.

In the role of assistant nurse, you work with care and support based on the customer's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You work, for example, with helping with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, answering alarms, and providing social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work so that all our residents can live life, for life. This can range from conversing, playing games, going on outings, taking a bike ride, or finding fun activities to do together. You also work with delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training.

We are currently looking for several colleagues at 75–100% for a permanent position with a probationary period.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several part-time colleagues for a permanent position with a probationary period, with an employment level of 75–100%.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) as an assistant nurse.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

To thrive in this role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings, while also being good at building good relationships and being service-oriented. We work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in this environment.

Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
