We are a small residential facility with 35 beds, catering to both somatic and dementia care, located on Lidingö. We are a friendly team consisting of a operations manager, a group leader, two nurses, and care staff.
We are looking for you who are driven by working with people and making a real difference for our residents every day. You have the ability to empower and support them in all aspects of daily life.
As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with the needs of the residents and their relatives. You collaborate easily, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace. It is important that you can both give and receive feedback to contribute to the development of the business.
Job Description
We are looking for you to take a temporary position during the summer, alternatively as a hourly employee.
- Working hours during day/evening/weekend
- Start date is ASAP or as agreed
Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily care for residents
- Cleaning of residents' apartments weekly, as well as daily supervisory cleaning
- Cooking lunch and dinner, and receiving food deliveries
- Daily documentation
- Medication distribution
- The role also includes responsibility for cleaning common areas, offices, laundry room, changing rooms, toilets, and storage (shared responsibility with other staff twice a week)
- Activities and outdoor time

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Experience from care work in elderly care
- Additional qualifications: Nursing assistant education (undersköterska)
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
- Good computer skills and ability to handle various apps/systems on mobile phones (e.g., Epsilion, Sensio Pocket, MCSS Appva)
- Medication delegation (Medicindelegering)
