About the Role

We are looking for a Care Assistant (Undersköterska) for Pionjären, a small care and nursing home for the elderly located in Porjus. The role also includes duties within home care services in ordinary housing.

1 position available.

Responsibilities

As a care assistant, your main task is to provide our residents with a good quality of life based on their individual needs. The work is performed with a person-centered approach, focusing on each resident's needs and wishes.

The duties primarily consist of care and nursing work, but also include service tasks such as cleaning and laundry. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues in the team.

We use various digital tools in our operations. Therefore, you need basic knowledge of digital technology and experience using computers in daily work, for example for documentation. Working hours are flexible based on operational needs and your preferences. The operation runs 24/7.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Care Assistant education (Undersköterskeutbildning).
• Certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen), as "Care Assistant" is a protected professional title in Sweden.
• Positive, engaged, and responsible attitude with strong empathy.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation is part of the job.
• Valid B-driver's license (mandatory).

Great importance is placed on personal suitability, maturity, and teamwork skills.

Employment Terms

• Type of employment: Permanent position.
• Duration: Indefinite.
• Working hours: According to schedule (24/7 operation).
• Salary: Individual salary setting based on experience and competence. The salary range is between 25,000 - 30,000 SEK/month for full-time.
