Alltime is growing in Bollnäs and is therefore looking for a Property Technician / Operations Technician.

Alltime works with high-quality property technical management and property services, where customers' needs and wishes are exceeded.

Our customers should feel more than satisfied, which is why we always do a little more than expected. We handle electricity, heating, sanitation, plumbing, ventilation, control and regulation technology, building services, and project management.

Alltime operates in Sweden from Kiruna in the north to Trelleborg in the south. We manage the technical administration of our customers' properties. The group generates a turnover of nearly 400 million SEK through its companies: Alltime Sverige AB, FastighetsCompetens i Norrland AB, Alltime Stockholm AB, and Alltime i Malmfälten AB, with good results. Alltime in Sweden is part of the Finnish group Alltime Group OY.

Alltime now needs more employees with a genuine interest in properties, quality, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

At our company, you will work with property technical management, maintenance, and repairs. Our customers are larger property companies and housing cooperatives, which means the type of assignments and scope vary.

In Bollnäs, we manage a number of interesting and exciting properties.

Responsibilities include:

• Rounds and internal and external maintenance of the properties,
• Functional testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance within ventilation, electricity, plumbing, and construction,
• Contact with customers and suppliers,
• Maintenance and fault correction of, for example, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and ventilation.
• Calculating costs for common repairs and measures.

Education and Experience

You currently work as an operations technician, ventilation technician, electrician, plumber, carpenter, property technician, or in similar roles. We would like you to have suitable education in the field as well as a few years of experience in your profession.

A B-driver's license is required. All reporting is done via computer and mobile, so experience with computerized reporting programs is desirable.
