We are currently seeking assistant nurses or care assistants with experience for our dementia wards at several of our specialized housing facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your focus with us is to provide the best possible care and support to our residents. The work is varied and meaningful, involving standard tasks within healthcare and social care, primarily focused on dementia care.

It is important that you have great respect for our elderly and that you see the person and their situation in every meeting. You will build valuable relationships with residents and their relatives, and you will meet people with different life stories.

As an employee here, you will have the opportunity to develop, create security for our residents, and contribute to positive encounters. The work is based on good cooperation, both within your own work group and with other professional roles such as nurses and rehabilitation staff.

Working hours are according to a rotating schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse or are currently training, or alternatively, you with experience within healthcare and social care. You have good computer skills and you master Swedish in speech and writing. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

In Tranås Municipality, we have five specialized housing facilities where we can offer different types of care, such as dementia housing, nursing care housing, short-term places, and respite care.
