Receptionist 100% – Elite Hotel Frost, Kiruna

Do you love meeting people, have an eye for world-class service, and thrive in an environment where no two days are alike? We are now looking for a full-time receptionist for Elite Hotel Frost – one of Northern Sweden’s most exciting hotels.

In the heart of Kiruna, you will find Elite Hotel Frost – a modern destination hotel with an international feel, where the hotel, restaurant, conference facilities, rooftop bar, and spa meet under one roof. Here, we create experiences for both local guests and visitors from all over the world, always focusing on warmth, professionalism, and personality.

As a receptionist, you are the face of the hotel and the first person our guests meet. You are an important part of the overall experience and work closely with housekeeping, the restaurant, conference services, and the spa to ensure that every stay is extraordinary.

About the role

As a receptionist, your responsibilities include:

• Check-in and check-out
• Reservations and administration
• Guest service and upselling
• Handling phone calls and emails
• Concierge-like service and local knowledge
• Collaboration between the hotel’s different departments

Working hours are primarily in the afternoon/evening between 14:30–22:00, with work every other weekend.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a genuine interest in service and people
• Is solution-oriented, flexible, and stress-resistant
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking responsibility
• Is professional and personal in your interactions
• Has good computer skills
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

Previous experience from hotel reception or service roles is meritorious, but the most important thing for us is your personality, energy, and willingness to develop together with us.
