Assemblers – New Production

Do you want to work practically with advanced technology in a modern production environment where quality, precision, and collaboration are in focus? We are now looking for machine shop workers for our new production – people who enjoy technical work, take responsibility, and want to develop together with us.

The positions involve shift work with day and evening shifts.

The Role

As a machine shop worker in new production, you work with disassembly, assembly, troubleshooting, and processing of components and projects according to the company's production planning. You are an important part of the production and contribute to ensuring high quality and delivery precision in our work.

In the role, you work both independently and together with colleagues in production. You are expected to follow manufacturing orders and work instructions, as well as actively contribute to improvements in daily work. The work also includes quality control, measurement, machine maintenance, and responsibility for order and safety within the work area.

We are looking for people who are familiar with one or more of the following machine types:

• Manual lathe
• Drill press

Competency Requirements

Education

• Technical high school or Komvux (adult education) with a focus on workshop technology is meritorious
• Alternatively, other technical education combined with practical experience

Knowledge

• Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience using measuring equipment and tools
• Understanding of machining and workshop work
• Ability to work independently with machinery
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge in turning or similar processing is meritorious

Experience

• At least one year of experience from a workshop, industry, or machining environment
• Experience in production, machine machining, or assembly is meritorious
• Experience in quality control and documentation is meritorious

Responsibilities in the Role

• Follow manufacturing orders, work instructions, and measurement protocols
• Prepare upcoming tasks and ensure that materials and tools are available
• Quality assure completed work
• Perform daily maintenance of machines and equipment
• Report deviations and errors in process or documentation
• Be responsible for order and cleaning within the work area
• Ensure correct reporting and clocking in the system
