About the role We are now looking for a technically skilled and service-oriented person to join a creative and rapidly growing prototype workshop in Stockholm. The role is practical, varied, and independent – perfect for you who enjoy technology, problem-solving, and helping others bring their ideas to life.

You will become a key figure in the daily operation of the workshop and serve as the first point of contact for customers who are building, testing, and developing physical products. At the same time, you will help create a safe, professional, and inspiring environment for startups, product owners, and development teams.

About the business The business combines physical prototyping tools and machinery with digital solutions to accelerate sustainable product development. Our customers consist mainly of startups, product owners, and innovative teams who want to take their ideas from concept to reality – faster and more efficiently.

The company is in a growth phase, with several workshops currently in operation and plans for expansion.

Your responsibilities

• Daily operation of the workshop and equipment
• Technical support and practical assistance to customers in their development work
• Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of machines and tools
• Support in areas such as 3D printing, electronics, and prototyping
• Ensuring order, safety, and a good user experience in the workshop
• Serving as a reliable, knowledgeable, and service-oriented contact person for both new and returning customers

We are looking for someone who

• Has practical technical experience, for example from workshops, electronics, machinery, service, or similar fields
• Is accustomed to troubleshooting and solving problems hands-on
• Has a service-oriented, calm, and pedagogical approach
• Is self-motivated, responsible, and reliable
• Thrives in a small organization where one often works broadly and takes personal responsibility

Formal education is less important – we value practical competence, maturity, and the right attitude.
