Your responsibilities as a Baker and Confectioner at ICA Maxi Bromma:

• Bake high-quality bread and pastries.
• Ensure shelves are always well-stocked with freshly baked bread and pastries.
• Contribute to an inspiring and welcoming department.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience as a baker, preferably in a retail environment (minimum 1 year).
• Has good knowledge of doughs, fermentation, and baking processes.
• Is positive, stress-resistant, and accustomed to working according to routines.
• Enjoys collaborating in a team and has a strong work ethic.
• Is flexible and able to work varying hours.

Scope and conditions:

The position is part-time or full-time. Probationary employment applies. The role involves varying working hours and work every other weekend. Salary according to the Trade Union collective agreement. You must be at least 18 years old.
