We are now looking for a driven, business-minded, and relationship-building compact equipment salesperson for Region East. With us, you will become an important part of our continued growth and success, with significant personal responsibility and good development opportunities.
About the role
As a compact equipment salesperson, you are responsible for the sales of Volvo's range of compact construction equipment within Region East. Your focus is on identifying and creating new, long-term, and profitable customer relationships, as well as contributing to further developing cooperation with existing customers and compact machinery.
The role is independent and clearly business- and results-oriented. You plan and drive your work within given frameworks and collaborate closely with other salespeople and the Sales Manager within Region East, as well as our equipment workshop, local service organization, and central support functions. The work also includes some administration related to sales and customer follow-up.

To succeed and thrive in the role
You have:
- A genuine interest in seeking, finding, and closing deals
- Experience in sales, preferably within the contracting, machinery, or construction industry
- Strong relationship-building skills with good business acumen
- A structured working style and thrive in an independent role
- Motivation to achieve set goals and create satisfied customers
- Experience in sales involving longer sales processes
- Experience in qualified negotiations and in-depth technical discussions
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills and strong administrative ability
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
You are:
- Accustomed to working independently through all stages of the sales process
- A person who likes challenges and is stimulated by a high pace
- Direct and clear in your communication
- Flexible and solution-oriented
- A team player who is ready to support and hold your colleagues accountable
It is an advantage if you have a vehicle technical background and/or education, as well as experience from selling heavier machinery or other qualified products and services.

Location
You will be based at the facility in Spånga.
