Do you want to work as a bodywork technician in a great team? We are looking for an experienced and engaged accident technician/bodywork technician for Borås Bil Accident Center Viared who wants to deliver high-quality repairs and contribute to a secure customer experience. Job Responsibilities for Accident Technician/Bodywork Technician

• Repair and replace body and sheet metal components on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
• Perform dent removal, spot welding, and assembly of sheet metal parts.
• Use the workshop's machines, hand tools, and measuring equipment for damage repair and straightening.
• Collaborate with colleagues in damage inspection, painting, and customer reception for efficient workflow.
• Ensure high quality in executed work and follow the workshop's routines and safety regulations.
• Document executed work and time in our digital systems, Cabas and CAB.

Qualifications and who we are looking for

• Requirement of several years of experience in bodywork, car body repair, or equivalent work in an auto workshop.
• If you have previously worked with Tesla and have Tesla training, this is highly meritorious.
• Experience with any of the following brands is also meritorious: Volvo, Peugeot, Citroën, Maxus, Renault, Dacia, Polestar, Lynk & Co, and Tesla.
• Very good knowledge of welding, straightening techniques, structural damage, and larger jobs, as well as the use of bodywork tools.
• Experience working with modern workshop methods and digital documentation is meritorious.
• Structured, precise, and quality-conscious in executed work.
• Good teamwork skills and ability to work independently when required.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Category B driver's license is required.
