About the role: As an inside sales representative/appointment setter at Svensk Asfaltservice AB, you will have a high-intensity and developmental role where you work closely with the company's Head of Sales. The role is based at the office in the area between Nyköping and Stigtomta and involves primarily office work. Your main focus is to book qualified meetings and create new business opportunities through active phone contact with potential customers. In the long term, there is an opportunity to develop further into a more independent sales role with your own business responsibility.

Responsibilities include:

• Making many calls every day to new customers
• Scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team
• Working closely with the Head of Sales to drive business forward
• Creating new business opportunities through active phone contact
• Contributing to building structures and working methods in a growing organization
• Long-term development towards a more independent sales role with own business responsibility

Requirements:

• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
• Good phone experience or a strong desire to develop within phone-based sales
• Ability to work structured, goal-oriented, and with high activity
• Enjoy contacting new people and creating business opportunities

Merits:

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer contact

• Familiarity with working in CRM systems or other sales support tools
