Addstruction AB is a small contracting company operating throughout the Stockholm area. Our projects are varied, focusing on groundworks such as drainage, house foundations, retaining walls/paving stones, cable shafts, water/sewer installations, snow clearance, and fine grading, to name a few. Our customers include private individuals, housing cooperatives, and other companies. We distinguish ourselves by prioritizing good customer relationships and professional treatment. The company is growing, and we are receiving more and more inquiries. We are now looking for an experienced construction worker who wants to become part of our development.

We are covered by collective agreements through the machine operator agreement and SEKO.

You should be reliable, enjoy responsibility, and be looking for a stable position where we can develop the company together and take it to the next level without losing the personal touch, contact, and communication between us as the company owners and you as the employee.

We strive to put together flexible work groups consisting of machine operators and ground staff. This means you will learn to handle dumpers, wheel loaders, and excavators. This allows us to cover for each other and have challenging, productive, and fun working days.

As a Construction Worker with us, you will:

• Perform standard tasks for a construction worker, including:

  • Rough and fine grading of plots, excavation, and installation of water/sewer systems, cable shafts.

  • House foundations, slab on grade, pier foundations, drainage, house drainage.

  • Paving stones, walls, curbstones, L-supports, stairs.

You will mostly work in a team, but in some situations, you will also work independently.

Requirements:

• Category B driver's license.

• At least 2 years of experience in the profession.

• Good physical condition.

• Good spoken and written Swedish skills.

• Good spoken English skills.

Other details: Start: Immediately. Working hours: 07:00–16:00 with some flexibility. Location: Southern Stockholm. Employment type: Full-time, starting with a 6-month probation period that converts to a permanent position.
