A.D.E Richardson AB is looking for a responsible and self-motivated part-time employee for rest area maintenance in the Mjölby and Ödeshög area.

The work consists of supervision, support, and maintenance of rest areas and facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for visitors. Duties may include cleaning, checking facilities, minor maintenance, reporting deviations, and general supervision of the area.

The position is fixed-term for 3 months, with the possibility of continued cooperation depending on needs and performance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid driver's license and own car
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
• Is responsible and able to work independently
• Has a good sense of order, cleanliness, and quality
• Is flexible and solution-oriented
• Enjoys practical outdoor work in varying environments

Previous experience in maintenance, local care, property management, green areas, or similar work is meritorious but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are meticulous, reliable, and have the right attitude towards the work.
